Schenectady, NY- Liz Joy, Republican Candidate for Congress, in New York’s 20th Congressional District, has filed her Campaign’s Quarterly report with the Federal Election Commission. Joy is running to unseat current Democrat Congressman Paul Tonko.
“I am so happy to announce my Congressional campaign for NY20 has raised $115,730.00 to date. We’ve over doubled our contributions from the last quarter and received overwhelming support and endorsements from all over the 20th Congressional District. Quarter 4 contributions totaled $57,765.00″ Joy said.
In addition to a successful 4th Quarter, Liz Joy has been formally endorsed by Congresswoman Elise Stefanik NY21. She’s also already gained formal endorsements from Saratoga, Montgomery and Albany County GOP Committees, as well as Senators George Amedore, Jim Tedisco and Daphne Jordan, Assemblywoman MaryBeth Walsh, and Assemblyman Chris Tague, whose districts are all included in the 20th Congressional District.
“My campaign is being invested in by the people that actually live and work here. It’s truly a grassroots effort that is gaining enormous popularity throughout all five counties in NY20. Our district has had enough of Paul Tonko’s far left Socialist agenda in the House of Representatives and we’re going to take our seat back in Congress in November. 2020 is going to be a great year for this Campaign.” Said Joy
